Shipping times
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express takes 1–2 business days. These estimates demonstrate the storefront and are not a delivery commitment.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is $9.99. Merchandise subtotals of $100 or more receive complimentary standard shipping. Express costs $19.99. A demo tax of 8% applies to the discounted merchandise subtotal.
Order tracking
Your simulated order is visible in My Account → Orders. No tracking email or carrier service is connected.
Returns
Illustrative policy: request a return within 30 days. Items should be unworn, with their original tags and packaging.
Exchanges
Illustrative policy: request an exchange within 30 days for a different size or color, subject to stock.
Damaged products
